These Terms and Conditions explain how Rennovare Ltd provides services to clients. By registering with Rennovare, booking an appointment, using our website, contacting us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before using our service.

Rennovare provides aesthetic, skin, and wellness services to patients in England, Scotland, and Wales.

2. Our Services

​

Rennovare provides aesthetics, skincare & skin treatments, and wellness treatments, which may include:

Lifestyle-related advice and guidance
Virtual consultations
Face-to-face consultations
Home visits
Other location visits where appropriate

Facial treatments 

Skincare consultations

Botulinum Toxin treatment 

Dermal fillers 

Polynucleotides

Skin boosters

Microneedling with mesotherapy 

Massage therapy 

Chemical peels

Where appropriate, skincare products may be supplied or arranged through reputable pharmacy suppliers, including Healthxchange Pharmacy.

All aesthetic treatments are subject to consultation, medical assessment, suitability, consent, and clinical judgement. Treatment may be declined if it is not clinically appropriate, if further assessment is required, or if it falls outside the clinician’s scope of practice. Results from aesthetic treatments can vary between individuals, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

Skincare recommendations are provided based on the information available at the time of consultation and should be used as directed. Any adverse reactions, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, active skin conditions, or changes in health or medication must be disclosed before treatment or product use.

3. Rennovare Is Not an Emergency Service

​

Rennovare is not an emergency ambulance service, urgent life-saving service, or replacement for 999.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency or life-threatening symptoms, you must call 999 immediately or attend the nearest Emergency Department.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

Chest pain
Severe breathing difficulty
Stroke symptoms
Collapse or loss of consciousness
Severe allergic reaction
Severe bleeding
Severe injury
Sepsis concern
Suicidal thoughts or immediate risk of harm
Any condition requiring urgent emergency care

Rennovare may advise you to contact emergency services, attend hospital, or seek urgent NHS care where clinically appropriate.

4. Clinical Assessment and Scope of Practice

​

Practitioners at Rennovare works within their professional training, competence, indemnity, and scope of practice.

If your condition cannot be safely managed by Rennovare, we may advise you to contact your GP, NHS 111, 999, attend Emergency Department, or seek specialist care.

Rennovare does not guarantee that every request will result in treatment, a prescription, a home visit, or a diagnosis.

Clinical decisions are made based on safety, available information, and professional judgement.

5. Registration and Onboarding

​

To use Rennovare services, you may be asked to complete a registration process and provide accurate personal, contact, medical, and payment information.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information and to update us if your details, medical history, medications, allergies, GP details, address, or emergency contact information changes.

Rennovare may refuse registration or decline to provide services if we believe Rennovare is not suitable for your needs, if there is a safety concern, if information is incomplete or inaccurate, or if your needs are outside our scope of practice.

6. Membership and Payment

​

Rennovare may offer membership plans, pay-as-you-go services, or other service packages.

Fees, payment terms, included services, and any exclusions will be explained to you before you join or book a service.

Payment may be required in advance, monthly, or at the time of booking, depending on the service or membership plan selected.

You are responsible for ensuring payment details are valid and that payments are made on time.

If payment is not received, Rennovare may suspend or cancel access to services until payment is resolved.

7. What Is Included

​

Your membership or service may include access to Rennovare Services.

Some services may be subject to availability, clinical appropriateness, location, travel time, and clinician capacity.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, third-party costs are not included. These may include:

Prescription charges
Medication costs
Pharmacy costs
Private laboratory tests
Imaging or diagnostics
Specialist referrals
Hospital fees
Medical equipment
Travel or parking charges
External provider fees

8. Availability and Response Times

​

Rennovare provides flexible access to Dale Renno by WhatsApp, telephone, or other agreed communication methods.

He will respond as soon as they are safely able to do so. Response times may vary depending on clinical workload, availability, rest periods, driving, appointments, or other commitments.

Although Rennovare aims to provide responsive care, we do not guarantee immediate responses.

For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, you must call 999 and should not wait for a Rennovare response.

If you are unable to get hold of your clinician for a reasonable time period, and you feel your case is urgent or deteriorating, you must go through regular NHS services to seek care rather than wait.

9. WhatsApp, Telephone and Remote Communication

​

Rennovare may use WhatsApp, telephone, email, online forms, or clinical software to communicate with you.

You agree to use these communication methods responsibly and only for health-related matters connected to your care.

Remote communication can be helpful, but it has limitations. A clinician may need to arrange a face-to-face assessment, home visit, or advise you to seek urgent care if remote advice is not clinically appropriate.

You should not use WhatsApp or email for emergencies.

10. Appointments, Home Visits and Workplace Visits

​

Appointments may be provided virtually, by telephone, at your home, at your workplace, or in clinic at Bath.

Rennovare reserves the right to decline or rearrange a visit if:

The location is unsafe
The clinical concern is unsuitable for home or workplace care
The patient requires emergency care
There is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour
Necessary information has not been provided
The appointment is outside the clinician’s scope of practice
The clinician is unavailable due to illness, emergency, travel disruption, or other reasonable circumstances

Where possible, Rennovare will offer an alternative appointment or advise on the most appropriate next step.

11. Prescriptions

​

Rennovare may prescribe medication where they are legally authorised, clinically competent, and where it is safe and appropriate to do so.

A prescription is not guaranteed. Rennovare may decide not to prescribe medication if it is unsafe, unnecessary, inappropriate, outside his/her scope, or if further assessment is required.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about allergies, current medications, medical history, pregnancy status where relevant, and any previous adverse reactions.

Medication costs and pharmacy charges are usually separate from Rennovare fees unless clearly stated otherwise.

12. Liaison With GP, Pharmacy or Other Services

​

With your consent, Rennovare may communicate with your GP, pharmacy, hospital, specialist, or other healthcare professionals where appropriate for your care.

There may be circumstances where we are required or permitted to share information without consent, such as safeguarding concerns, serious risk of harm, medical emergencies, or legal obligations.

Rennovare cannot guarantee that third-party services will respond, accept referrals, prescribe, arrange tests, or follow our recommendations.

13. Cancellations, Cooling-Off Period and Refunds

If you purchase a membership online, by telephone, WhatsApp, or away from our premises, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer law.

If you ask Rennovare to begin providing services during the 14-day cooling-off period, you are not entitled to a refund.

Refunds will be considered in line with your statutory rights, the service purchased, whether services have already been provided, and any agreed membership terms.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged where this has been explained to you in advance.

Cancellation policy:

For individual services 
More than 48 hours’ notice: no cancellation charge
Less than 24 hours’ notice: appointment will be charged at 50%, or subject to availability and clinician discretion  -  offered an alternative same-day appointment.
Missed appointment: appointment will be charged in full. You will need to pay in full for another appointment.

Rennovare reserve the right to use discretion to override the cancellation policy in exceptional circumstances.

No memberships are currently in use at Rennovare

15. Patient Responsibilities

​

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information
Tell us about any changes to your health, medication, allergies, or contact details
Follow clinical advice or tell us if you choose not to
Seek urgent or emergency care when advised
Treat Rennovare staff respectfully
Use communication channels appropriately
Pay fees when due
Not use Rennovare as a replacement for emergency services

Failure to provide accurate information may affect the safety and quality of care we can provide.

16. Safeguarding and Duty of Care

​

Rennovare takes safeguarding seriously.

If we have concerns about the safety or welfare of a child, vulnerable adult, or any person at risk, we may need to share relevant information with appropriate authorities or services.

Where possible, we will discuss this with you, but there may be circumstances where we are legally or professionally required to act without your consent.

17. Medical Records

​

Rennovare will keep appropriate clinical records of your care, including consultations, advice, treatment, prescriptions, consent, communications, and follow-up plans.

Records will be stored securely in line with our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, professional standards, and clinical governance requirements.

You may request access to your records in accordance with data protection law.

18. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Rennovare respects your privacy and handles personal and medical information in accordance with applicable data protection law.

By using our services, you acknowledge that Rennovare may process your personal and medical information for the purpose of providing care, managing your account, meeting legal obligations, and maintaining clinical records.

19. Website Information

The information on our website is for general information only and should not be treated as personal medical advice.

You should not rely on website content as a substitute for a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Rennovare makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or suitable for your individual circumstances.

20. Limitation of Liability

​

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Rennovare is not responsible for:

Delays caused by third-party services
Pharmacy delays or medication shortages
Failure by third parties to act on referrals or requests
Losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the patient
Delays where emergency services should have been contacted
Technical issues affecting WhatsApp, phone networks, internet access, booking systems, or third-party platforms
Indirect or consequential losses

Treatment failure when the treatment was carried out with reasonable care and skill

Rennovare will provide services with reasonable care and skill.

21. Professional Standards and Regulation

​

Rennovare clinicians are expected to work within their professional registration, scope of practice, competence, and indemnity.

Where applicable, clinicians may be registered with professional bodies such as the HCPC or NMC.

Rennovare will comply with applicable legal, professional, regulatory, insurance, and clinical governance requirements.

23. Behaviour and Safety

​

Rennovare has a zero-tolerance approach to abusive, threatening, discriminatory, violent, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or clinicians.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where behaviour creates a safety concern or makes it inappropriate to continue care.

24. Changes to Services or Terms

​

Rennovare may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be available on our website.

If we make significant changes that affect your membership or services, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

25. Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in England

Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
